{Elder Nevitt at the Hamilton Temple}

I have not watched Conference yet, they wait till it is out on DVD then we will go to Hastings to watch it. There were only 25 people in church this week. I need to get on it. Since I haven't had my license for two years they are making me pay 50 extra dollars and take a driving test--Pray for me!!!!!

This week during DK we went to a couple of houses and they took our stuff but nothing. At a different house a guy came yelling at us "If you come back here, I'm going to charge you with trespassing " Scary stuff, I wanted to cry back home but my soa didn't think anything of it and stood strong and gave me courage to be able to do it! Then the next house we went to this guy named Mark took our pamphlet and wanted to know more of the truth. Great stuff! We went back the next day and gave him a Book of Mormon and we are going back there today to follow up...this right here is an answer to all of my prayers my first investigator. It made me so dang pumped!!!!

I have made eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the days the members don't feed us. Last night me and my soa watched The Best Two Years because he hasn't seen it. During the movie I made corn on the cob, it was good. He said he had never had it with salt before. I was like what???????? That's like on of the only ways I eat it. He also thought it was weird that I took a bite before I started to cook it to see if it would be good and I explained to him that that is how I did it on the farm when we grew corn.

It is so cold here, it isn't even winter and I am freezing. It rained the other day, I hope it rains more so I can see how green it gets. Everything is kind of brown because of the drought. I'm working on getting to know all the streets which is going to be hard. I didn't even know the streets in Arizona all that well.

Elder Nelson is in my district which is good, he reminds me a lot of home. There are a lot of JWs around this town, but it is all good we keep doing the work. My favorite scripture today is Alma 27: 26, look it up! Got to go

I can't Believe how long these two weeks have been. I have learned so much! But at the same time I feel like it is to overwhelming. But I knew if I do what's right it will be alright.

Megan, I just want to tell you I love you! I pray that your leg  is alright. I'm sorry that it has happened to you.

Ole, Jane and Kaydee, I love you guys so much. I look at the pictures on my camera and I just love Kaydee so much. Sorry I'm not there to give you a break from the Ipad.

Melanie, Preston and the boys, I miss your little boys so much. I just keep on thinking at what they look like and what I remember about them. 7, 5, 3 and I hope to have a little niece there also!! Keep my Facebook up and Instagram, add photos of my mission to that. Hahaha.

Malinda, I wish you were here with me. We went to the Hamilton temple and I felt like I was in the middle of  Rohan with Fangorn Forest all around!! I miss you so much. Hope you are getting lots of job offers for subs.

Sissa, they already gave me a hair cut! Yesterday all the elders got their hair trimmed. I was like this is the first time my sister has not cut my hair.

Mom, you have no need to worry about me, I am going great. I'm tired all the time. I sometimes need you but I am alright. I get along with almost everyone here. I just need to have food and the Tongans love me.

Papa, thanks for the scriptures. Whenever I miss you I play with my little tractor pin and read them. Some of the pages are gone in 2 Nephi and a couple of others but I guess I have to study some.

We did a session at the temple and I felt Pop. I fell asleep during the second one. This is all I'm gonna write, I'm kind of tired of writing. I have already written a lot in my journal and then writing a letter hard. I will write one to Mema and Pop soon.

I love you guys so much I sent another letter in the mail two small ones for you guys and Mema and Pop! But I don't know you got it or not just letting you know!!! I leave for Wellington in the morning. I am very excited to know that I am finally going to be in the mission. We had a fireside where everybody sang something and the group of Tongans said I was singing with them and I did. Just by having one of them as a companion I have become part of their group! I now have a great love for all of them even though I can't even say their names or anything like that. I miss you guys so much!!!! I hope to have a companion I can get along and understand in the field!

On the way to the temple it was very exciting so many farm areas and stuff like that. It reminds me of Idaho and Montana area, just hills and having stuff grow on them! Tons of cattle and sheep it was very pretty! It was a very pretty temple, old but very pretty! While at the temple there was a construction crew and they were using John Deere tractors so I asked them if I could take a picture with it and I got one!! Hahaha While on the bus I also went by a few tractor company shops and there was a Case one and I was like Tom Scott!!! While at the temple during the second session I feel asleep during it but not bad but its hard work and I never get to take a nap!! One of the things I miss the most about being home with you!!! Tell the boys I love them. I'm running out of time, Love you!!!!!
